Pride in Teaching

Pride in Teaching is a new initiative launched by TLTP Education to help promote the value of teachers and the work that they do in nurturing talent and drawing out the potential in children and young adults within the education system.

It is designed to help elevate and restore the status of teachers as key members of society, commanding respect from parents, students and other key stakeholders and influencers.

Pride in Teaching aims to foster admiration for the work of the UK’s dedicated teachers; to encourage potential educationalists to see teaching as an apsirational career; and to make teachers feel good about teaching as a career.
