As a Senior Analyst Programmer within our Business Change and IT team, your challenge will be to work with customers, systems analysts and designers to develop changes to a specific system. Yours will be a leading role within a stack that develops, delivers and supports effective business solutions. Interpreting the needs of the business and creating ways to meet them is key for the BC/IT team – so your role will be an important one.

You’ll take on an analysis and development role that supports solution construction and system integration. This will involve producing quality design solutions, providing technical/systems expertise for the business, and driving, influencing and shaping delivery of high-calibre work.

We’re looking for a comprehensive understanding of the development life cycle, a detailed knowledge of development tools, and the ability to support and mentor others as part of a matrix managed environment. If you have all of these attributes, this could be the role for you.
