A Customer Relationship Advisor is required at a Restoration Company based on Broadland Business Park in Norwich. You will be required to log new instructions from insurance companies, deal with existing calls regarding updates and liaise with the branch network to ensure appropriate progression of claims through to resolution. You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident in dealing with queries and complaints. You will be working 7.5 hours per day based on a 17 week rolling shift pattern however you will only be required to work 6 weekend shifts out of the 17 weeks. Starting hours will start between Early (08.00-10.00), Middle (10.00-12.00) & Late (12.00-13.30). An excellent opportunity for a flexible Candidate!
