Our client, a Main Car Dealership, are looking for an experienced Motor Trade Workshop Foreman to run their busy automotive workshop.
In this post, you will need to have a proven track record in leadership skills within the motor trade and be able to provide leadership for the Technicians. Your role will consist of handing out work to Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop, liaise with the Service Department, and be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and the general public.
Whilst this position is a managerial role with responsibility for work load, bay time optimization and staff training needs, reporting to the Workshop Controller and Service Manager; a general level of hands-on time will also be expected of the ideal candidate.
For your skills and knowledge you will be rewarded with a good salary up to £20k.
