Here at Homeserve we are the market leader servicing the Insurance Industry and their cusotmers in respect of emergency glazing, locksmith and plumbing & drainage services across the UK.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service and communication skills. As part of the Service Excellence Team, you will provide a multi-skilled service to customers and the branch network and manage the claims that are identified outside the agreed service levels. You will also ensure that engineers are updated on claims via mobile technology where necessary.
The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be PC literate and be confident working in a team but also using their own initiative. Full training will be provided however relevant experience is welcomed.
Variable full-time and part-time contracts available (7.30am - 10.00pm Monday - Friday & 8.00am - 10.00pm Saturday - Sunday)
