    This major Insurer has a high profile opportunity for a Team Manager.

    The department has regional and National Accounts and a team of experienced Underwriters - the whole team will report to you.

    The purpose of the role is to manage the team, allocate work, ensure compliance, coach/mentor staff plus numerous other day-to-day activities and projects.

    You will be expected to lead the team and be part of a small group of influential Managers in the Region.

    Dealing with large and influential brokers this is a business critical role and one which will get you noticed – internally and externally. This is a genuine opportunity to change direction and take on a new challenge.

    You will work closely with the other Managers and the key trading staff in the location.

    The key elements to this role include:

    • Helping develop individuals
    • Managing performance.


    This is a challenging role and you will need to demonstrate commitment towards achieving your objectives.

    We are looking for candidates with previous people management experience with a track record of delivering results and developing staff and ideally an underwriting background.
