My client are looking for people from all insurance spheres including personal lines (motor and household) and commercial (property) insurance.
The role will include dealing with claims from start to finish with oustanding customer service being paramount.
You will be handling a wide range of Claims for either Commercial or Personal Lines clients.
• Advising clients on presenting their claim and explaining policy coverage
• Negotiating with insurers and settling claims
• Preparing claims activity reports for key clients
• Meeting with key clients to discuss outstanding claims
Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of wide range of claim types
• Excellent personal organisation and administration
• Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills
