Our Norwich based client is looking for a dedicated customer service advisor with previous cashier experience to work in busy high street bank. Your role will include resolving customer queries in a professional manner, monitor and action control systems to minimise errors and action a range of customer requests to agreed company standards. You will need to identify sales opportunities and liaise with others when appropriate to meet customer needs and support the achievement of the banks objectives. Your are required to be highly numeric, have good attention to detail and a proven customer service background.
