Working closely with the Area Manager and frequently with Training Consultants in neighbouring Regions you will be responsible for delivering effective technical and product group training sessions throughout the Region.
This is a new appointment and a real opportunity to make a difference at an exciting period of positive change for this growing and reputable Company.
You will also gain accreditation for delivery of some of a range of skills, for example, selling, time management, customer service.
You will build relationships with key Business Managers in the Region and assist them to identify staff training needs as well as help facilitate the delivery of those needs.
Person Specification
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to present information in a way that meets everyone’s learning needs
Ability to deliver effective coaching and feedback
Good organisation and time planning
Experience of designing training interventions
Experience of General Insurance would be beneficial
Qualifications
You will have a recognised training qualification to support your relevant experience or an Insurance qualification to recognise your technical knowledge alongside your competencies to communicate effectively.
