We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead a new Team within the Regional Service Centre at an exciting time of planned and continuous growth.
The Role
• Distribute and control the work within the team
• Plan on a weekly, monthly and annual basis to provide an efficient and timely service
• Motivate the team to meet internal and external targets
• Authorise cheques and oversee quality control measures
• Manage the training and development of staff
• Oversee complaints and breaches
• Develop and maintain working relationships internally, externally and with third party providers
• Manage the implementation of procedural and process changes

• Knowledge of general insurance processes and procedures, including FSA and other regulatory requirements
• A commitment to continuous improvement of productivity, quality and efficiency
• A ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to influence and implement change
