Our client requires a full time permanent Customer Service and Telesales operator for their busy office. Working a 37 hour week, Monday – Friday, duties will include;
Sales Calls to existing database of customers to increase revenue
Data entry and updating customer details
Informing customers of new products and services
Business analysis of service requirements
Complete some training courses for understanding of services provided
Competitor research and reports on such
Assist with the organisation of marketing collateral
Issuing quotations
Customer query handling
Complete any necessary administration and ad hoc duties
The successful applicant will have previous experience within sales and customer service. They will also be highly organised and be able to work well individually. The post-holder must be able to communicate with people at all levels and be adept at extracting information. Excellent literacy and numerical skills are essential.
Salary is circa £14,000 - £15,000 PA dependant on experience.
