Our client is a fresh, new and exciting online venture which has proven a huge success so far filling a gap in the market which it’s amazing hasn’t been explored before.
They’ve reached the stage where they’re ready to grow the team. The first way to do so will be recruiting someone to support customers over the telephone. You will make outbound calls to customers who have registered their details on the website. Your duty is to ensure their experience is a positive one from start to finish.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills. You will be able to speak with all types of customers easily, ensuring you listen well and respond to requests promptly.
Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm and this can be negotiated, making this a great role for Mums or Dads returning to work.
£6.50 per hour
