A receptionist is required for a restoration company in Norwich. Your main role is to provide an efficient and effective first point of contact for visitors, alongside answering all calls in a polite manner and notifying relevant department of visitors’ arrival. You are also required to collate company information and assist department managers in a range of customer focussed activities. The ideal candidate will be from a secretarial/reception background, work well within a team and on own initiative, be a good communicator and have good PC skills.
