Full Description:
Part Time Call Centre Agents are required to work in an inbound call centre near to Norwich Airport in a customer service role. You will deal with general queries and complaints arranging for collegues to visit giving quotes and fitting company products. You will be from a Customer Service background with a minimum of 3 months call centre experience. Ideally you will be able to work a Monday and Tuesday as full days, and then possible some extra hours in the week. This is a temp to perm position. An excellent opportuinity!!
