Senior RMN / RNLD (Head of Nursing Services)We are seeking applications from highly experienced NMC registered Senior Mental Health Nurses for a new Head of Nursing role to lead, organise and control the Nursing and Care team for our partner 88 bed Independent Secure psychiatric Hospital in the East of England. The hospital offers both medium and low secure environments, for adults with learning or developmental disorders and challenging behaviour who are detained under the Mental Health Act and provides specialist services for individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability, personality disorder or autistic spectrum disorder / Asperger\'s syndrome.The post holder will provide both clinical and managerial support, have proven senior operational experience within a similar role, process relevant qualification RNLD / RMN / RNMH and have previous experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities.The permanent contract is offered on a 37.5 hour week commitment.
