Job Description
Engineering Manager - East Anglia
Shifts: Days
Salary: £40,000
Benefits: Pension, Private Health & Share Options
As the engineering manager you will be involved in the following duties:
* Operational effectiveness, reliability & environmental impact
* Development of World Class engineering
* Direct management of multi-skilled engineers
* Driving forward continuous improvement initiatives
* Health, safety & environmental
* Manufacturing performance
* Engineering support & delivery
* Project management
* Management of out sourced FM
To be considered for the vacancy you will hold the following skills, experience & qualification:
* Qualified to HNC/HND level in engineering
* Previous engineering management experience within the Food & Beverage industry
* Proven experience within a strategic, target driven manufacturing environment (KPI\'s)
* Planning & delivery of maintenance activity
* Working knowledge of health, safety & environmental legislation/delivery
* Practical engineering/technical/facilities management experience
* Change management experience
* Project management experience
* Pro-active team playing able to lead by example. Promotes high standards
* Excellent communication & negotiated skills
