Job Description
A Leading manufacturer in the Norfolk area have a vacancy for a Buyer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Purchasing to drive forward business development and achieve targets. You will be responsible for negotiating supply contracts, drawing up work agreements, carry out sourcing activity, reviewing suppliers and participating in cross functional NPD teams to bring new products to market.
You MUST have experience working within a manufacturing organisation, have experience within procurement, knowledge of engineering practices and quality standards, and preferably hold a full CIPS qualification.
The salary for the role is £30,000 - £35,000.
