Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Person/Engineer

Responsible to the Industrial Sales Manager

Based in Watton, Norfolk

SKILLS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and result driven The ability to work well in a team environment and work well under pressure Prepared to work hard and meet tight deadlines Confident dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face Good numeric ability At least 3 years sales experience Foreign languages or electrical background would be a distinct advantage

KEY DUTIES

You will be expected to learn and understand the full product range and in time answer technical questions You will take customer enquiries via email/telephone, review and identify the correct heating equipment for the specific application Compile quotations and negotiate orders Monitor quotation progress with customers, routine follow up’s You will be working towards building relationships with existing customers Identifying and making contact with potential customers Preparing and completing relevant sections of reports as directed by the Sales Manager Working closely with the Sales Manager to increase sales in relevant countries and identifying potential agents/distributors Attending European exhibitions The position will require some international travel
