Job Title - Dining Room Assistant


Location - Saxlingham Primary School
Weekly Hours - 10hpw
Term time only


Hourly Rate - £5.80


Reporting To - Key Account Manager


Principal Duties of the post

• The post holder will be required to work in any dining centre as designated as a member of the existing dining room assistants team, following the routine and duties designated by the Cook Manager at the establishment.


Responsibilities of the post

• To prepare and clean the dining area.

• The presentation and service of meals.

• Wash and sterilise table utensils and food containers.

• Use and care of equipment including daily and weekly cleaning.

• The cleaning of servery premises.

• Report any faulty or damaged equipment.

• To comply with Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and QA procedures.

• To undertake any other duties as may be delegated.
