We currently have openings in Norwich for Immediate Starts!

Customer Service Assistants/ Client Representatives will be involved in:

• Face to Face interaction with Clients’ Existing and Potential Customers
• Tracking, Reporting and Predicting Campaign Results
• Learning to Lead Client and Customer Focused Presentations

Additional Responsibilities Included in Advancement:

• Learning to Develop and Motivate a Successful Team
• Learning basic Financial and Accounting Proceedures
• Attending Client Meetings, Meals & Events
• Attending and Speaking at Seminars
• Campaign and Marketing Related Decision Making
• Other General Business Operational Tasks

Requirements:

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to represent clients to the public and complete new customer registrations.
• All applicants should be able to commute to Norwich daily and interested in full time hours.
• All applicants should be looking to advance within a company and should be able to interview in person within 3 business days.
• All applicants should be willing to spend an observational day with a fully trained representative to gain a full understanding of the responsibility involved.
