Relevant experience would help in this particular role. But our comprehensive induction course will give you all the knowledge and confidence you need to answer calls as an Inbound Sales Customer Adviser. Soon, you’ll be making the most of your eye for a sale either turning potential customers into Aviva motor or home policy holders, or helping existing customers renew their contracts.

You’ll talk to people from all walks of life and success will come from winning their trust, offering them products that meet their needs and closing deals.
