    Policy Development Manager
    Renaissance East of England
    Shirehall, Norwich
    £30,375 - £35,841 per annum

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced museum professional. The postholder will enable museums in the East of England to:
    § Interpret and disseminate National and Local Government policy initiatives
    § Develop their workforce to deliver regional priorities
    § Promote high quality lifelong learning
    This is a key regional post requiring flexibility, energy and commitment. Working in a dynamic and supportive team based in Norwich, there is real scope to raise standards and effect positive change. Applicants should have a minimum of three years experience of Museum policy planning and development.
