    A small and friendly family owned and run enterprise based South of Norwich is seeking a flexible ‘all rounder’ to assist with the running of 3 companies.

    Your responsibilities will be varied and involve supporting the Manager and MD. Duties include but are not limited to…

    All administration in relation to the 3 companies including typing quotes, speaking with customers and making bookings
    Keeping databases up to date with current projects and activity
    Ordering materials and negotiating on prices where necessary
    Assisting with general accounts including invoicing, sales/purchase ledger and credit control when necessary

    Computer software used is Word, Excel and Sage; training will be provided on Sage is required,

    The suitable candidate will be highly organized, efficient and have the ability to fit quickly into a small team. You will have a proven administrative background. Any experience in the construction or building industry may be an advantage but is certainly not essential.

    If full time, hours are 37.5 per week and the salary is dependant on experience - £15-18,000PA. Part time hours could be available for the right person.
