Full Description:

Main purpose of this role is to achieve company objectives of enabling job seekers the best opportunity and direction in obtaining and sustaining employment through effective training. To do this you will research, design (or source) and plan the roll out of training programmes and coaching to job-seekers which will in turn increase confidence and self-esteem as well as provide opportunities in seeking suitable employment.

The role involves providing job-seekers with training in a range of job search skills including CV preparation, interview techniques, personal appearance etc. You will deliver a range of confidence building training programmes, develop company brand image and evaluate the effectiveness of the training to ensure they demonstrate a direct link to increased employment opportunities.

Suitable applicants will have experience in the use of the full training cycle, ideally in an employment or vocational environment. You will also have experience of delivering one to one coaching, knowledge of how to design/deliver training with consideration to diversity, individual needs and learning styles.

Salary is between £20 and £22,000PA and the hours are 36.5 per week. The company gives 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays and additional days between Christmas and New Year when the company is closed for business. There is also a pension, health insurance and other flexible benefits following the six month probation period.
