A Trainer is required for a Kings Lynn organisation whose aim is to enable disabled & disadvantaged people to achieve their potential in work opportunities. Your main roles as a trainer will be to contribute to the achievement of performance targets by researching, sourcing and planning roll out of training programmes and 1-2-1 coaching. You will also provide clients with training in a range of job skills including, CV preparation and interview techniques as well as delivering a range of confidence building training programmes. The ideal candidate will be qualified or working towards City & Guilds 7407 or NVQ3 in training, also experience in the full training cycle and delivering 1-2-1 coaching is desirable.
