Over the last 10 years our client has become one of the UK’s leading residential lettings and property management businesses. They have a distinctive brand and well established reputation.
Due to natural growth they are now looking to recruit an additional Lettings Negotiator to take their current team to the next level. The suitable person will have good people skills, be a strong communicator and experience working in a face to face customer service and possibly sales environment. A property background would be advantageous but certainly not essential as our client believes you can train in the product and industry but people skills are something which will come naturally to the selected individual.
Day to day duties will see you liaising with both tenants and landlords (both prospective and existing for both), organising and conducting viewings and dealing with leads given through to completion.
This is an exciting time to get on board with this company as they have expansion plans in place and with their current steady growth you could soon play a senior part in their structure.
Full driving licence with no points is essential for this role. Own transport would be beneficial.
