Our client is a marketing company based in Norwich city centre. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow client accounts in line with revenue targets. You will deliver results in line with targets as agreed with the Director.
Managing a small number of the companys’ most valuable accounts you will deliver on all day to day, weekly and monthly responsibities. You will ensure individual and client targets are met and ensure robust reforecasting takes place and report back on changes. There will be a significant amount of both internal and external reporting. Internally you will report weekly on key performance indicators on accounts, issues, suggestions, details of all reporting submitted to clients and meetings held. Externally you will deliver a standard reporting process and where necessary deliver more bespoke reporting processes to clients.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has experience of building effective client relationships at a senior level with top companies. Experience of delivering marketing campaigns would be advantageous. The suitable candidate will be able to remain focused on priorities when dealing with conflicting demands, be prepared to take risks in introducing or responding to change and be able to deal with conflict in a robust and challenging manner.

£25-30,000PA depending on experience
