Norfolk Youth Offending Team (NYOT) is a high performing, multi-agency service whose purpose is to prevent offending and reoffending by young people and bring restoration with the victims of their crimes.
The Prevention and Restorative Justice Manager reports to the Deputy Head of Service and will lead on the strategic development and manage the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of service delivery for both NYOT’s Prevention and Restorative Justice agendas. The post also has responsibility for NYOT’s volunteer strategy and the coordination of the recruitment, training and support of volunteers.

Strong leadership qualities are essential. You will need to be motivated and committed to working with our diverse staff group and communities. You will also be educated to degree level or hold a social work or other allied professional qualification or have significant experience in criminal justice, social care or an allied service.
