Eaton Hall is a residential special school for boys with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties from Year 5-11. The multi-disciplinary team consists of care staff, teachers and TAs who facilitate the school’s twin aims of re-integrating pupils into their home environment and where possible mainstream schooling. Eaton Hall had a good Ofsted report in 2005 and holds Investors in People and Team Teach Gold.
The school is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented PE teacher who is also able to offer a second subject (art or another arts subject is desirable). This post is suitable for a newly qualified teacher or perhaps someone who is seeking a new challenge. The teacher, once in post, will have the benefit of an experienced teaching assistant.
This last year the school was the first special school in Norfolk to gain Specialist Status.
Informal discussion with the Head Teacher is encouraged on 01603 457480. Candidates are strongly advised to visit the school prior to interview.
