We are looking for a highly competent, well organised and creative person to ensure the business support function has an active role in the strategic planning of the Norfolk Learning Difficulties Service. This is a key role which will underpin the development of our Learning Difficulties Service; financial and management experience and qualification is essential.

Through the direct management of administrative staff and liaison with other offices in the department, the postholder will ensure there is high quality finance, performance and business planning support available to all managers. Although experience of working in health or social care services would be helpful, it is more essential that the candidate is able to appreciate the need for, and deliver, high quality information which managers can use to develop and improve services.
