Reporting directly to the Operations Director the focus of your work is around the development and maintenance of in-house online advertising and campaign management functionality.

The purpose of the role is to facilitate the smooth running of the team by ensuring that the projects are well organised and transparent. Specifically, this involves maintaining clear but simple views on project progress, milestones and resource allocation. You will work closely with the wider delivery team to ensure that projects run smoothly and that work and deadlines remain on track.

A second aspect of the role involves project management. You will take ownership of your own projects or assist with the delivery of others.

Main responsibilities include; maintaining clear views of the status of projects, resource allocation and of future projects and milestones. Produce management reports, encourage and facilitate delivery of projects and ensure quality is maintained with both processes and actual delivery. Ensure user and system support is well managed and working effectively, deal with the wider business as well as external partners and customers on a face to face basis and lead team and project meetings.

The suitable candidate will have excellent and proven organisation and communication skills, assertiveness with a good sense of priority and perspective. You will show determined attention to detail, ask questions and get answers. Ideally you will have planning and/or project management experience with an understanding and appreciation of quality assurance / quality control.
