Based in the outskirts of Norwich, clients will be Nationwide. Main duties will include;
• Account managing a portfolio of clients and their requirements.
• Attending client visits initially to build rapport and identify needs.
• Liaising with Board Level Directors and Purchasing departments.
• Creating audits to assess more cost effective solutions.
• Sourcing leads for bringing in new business.
• Sales calls both warm and cold.
• Sourcing products on line to budget.
• Setting up online accounts for clients to then administer directly.
• Managing Nationwide accounts.
• Networking and marketing the business at all times.
• Gaining product knowledge across a variety of industry sectors.
• Processing orders and ensuring an efficient and smooth service is provided.
Person Specification:
• Broad thinking professional with good forethought and creativeness.
• Account management and client facing experience will be essential.
• Previous sales experience would be an advantage although training will be given.
• Will suit target driven individuals.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• MS office skills including Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.
• Data processing skills.
• Purchasing or buying experience might be an advantage.
• Good level of English and Maths.
Salary will be competitive depending on the previous experience. Bonus’ and commissions will be payable at various levels on targets achieved and team incentives are also offered. On achieving target 3 months running, base salary level will be increased. An excellent progression structure has also been put in place.
