A very interesting and challenging position has become available for an ON-LINE PRODUCT & SALES TRAINER to join the team of a very prominent company.
The overall job role will be to -
To effectively train clients on the company\'s web-based products.
To carry out internal and external training as required.
Updating technical and user guides.
Deal with client queries.
Marketing of product.
Input into online newsletter for clients.
You will also be required to -
Provide 8-12 training workshops per year at strategic places throughout the country ensuring venue, training materials and technical back-up is in place.
Provide training for clients and staff on a variety of topics including DataScreen, Market Intelligence Reports
You will also liaise with Account Manager and Technical Sales Manager as to when training sessions are to be held and booking-in of clients.
Ideally, we are seeking someone with the following:
Previous experience of training of online products.
Good understanding of online products
Ability to grasp technical details
Sales-based experience
