Marine background preferred as work involves maintenance and repairs of all types and sizes of vessels.
Must be either time served or apprentice trained with a willingness to travel. Be confident in both MIG and TIG welding and be able to work directly from engineering drawings and to very high tolerances.
You will be using a variety of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, nicol and marine alloys ranging from 2mm to 20mm in thickness.
Duties include fabrication and all other associated tasks.
