Our client is looking to recruit an Office Manager for a newly created role. Working within a number of departments, this position can really be made to measure and will suit someone who really wants to make their mark on a company. Duties will include;
General office management
Facilities management i.e. phones, computers, stationery etc
After sales service management
Diary management
Managing client/customer files
Arranging meetings and requirements
Typing and general administration duties
Invoicing and credit control
Accounts using SAGE
Attending management meetings and taking minutes
The position start date is to be confirmed but is expected to be within the next 4 months. Salary is being offered around £20,000 PA depending on experience. Parking is available.
The successful applicant will be joining an established organisation but having a newly created role. Ideal candidates will have worked within a senior PA role or as an office manager previously. You will need to be highly organised, computer literate, have strong numerical skills and be an enthusiastic and methodical worker. Previous experience is essential for the role.
