Our Client requires an experienced automotive Service Advisor for their busy service department within their successful motor trade franchise.
As a key customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the service department; as such good communication skills are essential.
In this busy and varied role you will be exceptionally organised to ensure the efficient, booking and servicing of customer vehicles. You will be a good team player with excellent, communication skills, along with the ability to sell additional products and services to our customers.
Previous motor trade experience is essential.
